HSK (Hard) WIDE WEB HOLOGRAPHIC EMBOSSING SERIES:

We are offering a choice of a 610mm wide up to a 1000mm wide machines. These are designed to emboss a range of substrates with a web width of between 610mm and 1000mm at speeds up to 100m/min.

Various pitch rollers can be utilized from 450 mm to 1000 mm panel pitch using unique web handling adjustment system.

These machines will be manufactured to the exacting high standards of all our machines and are designed to provide years of use under proper operational procedures.

Dependant on the type of impression rollers used, hard steel or compliant coated, a range of substrates can be embossed into which is only subject to the material being suitable for embossing.

Substrates to include:

• PET un_metallised lacquered / pre metallised lacquered
• HSF un-metallised lacquered / pre-metallised lacquered
• HRI materials
• Acetates and other direct 'embossable' materials
• Many others to client's tests for suitability.
